Last week for october 6th, i had a booking from delhi isbt bus stand to jalandhar via punbus. Bus time was 11:59 pm. I was stuck in office and thought to cancel the ticket via app but it did not happen. App was giving error like "oops something went wrong". I tried 4-5 times but no success. I tried from 10:40 pm to 10:50 pm (I am aware that if time less than 1 hour, i can not cancel, in my case i was supposed to cancel before 10:59 pm and i tried many times before 10:59 pm but no success) Pnr detail[protected] Ticket number[protected] Ticket amount was rs 874. NO. I tried before that as well. As I said it was keep on giving error mentioned above. I tried 4-5 times. You have to provide logs for complete 4-5 attempts which were made not just one which failed. Check the very first attempt.
