Travelyaari.com — Not providing payment refund

Hi,

I have booked ticket on 14th March 2021 from pune to ahmedabad. Problem was that, Same seat was allocated to two different passengers. we were not able to travel. Raised request for refund since more than 1 month but still didn't receive refund. Find below PNR and Ticket number. Also attached screenshot for refund status.
