Travelyaari.com — Not received my ticket

On date 20/09/2020 i book a ticket on your app form jaipur to hanumangarh my payment is deducted from my account but my ticket is not shown anyware not in my app, mail or sms so traveller not allow me in the but then i book a new ticket from a travel counter. So now i want my full refund. Tommorow i also complaint on [protected]@travelyaari.com my complaint ticket id is - 238388
