Travelyaari.com — paid amount 672 rupees but after cancellation got refunded only 5.30 rupees only

I had booked a ticket on 21/07/2019 from gwalior to indore then cancelled it on same day after 15 mins bcoz of some personal issue I had to expand my stay in gwalior.
They have refunded me only 5.30 rupees
Now I m calling on customer care number which is given on site, it is not connecting
