I have booked ticket on 01.06.2018 via punbus application but i have received any confirmation message so i called to customer care to confirm the booking he said they havn't received any booking for anku (From delhi to chandigarh on 01.06.2018). Their representative said to contact my bank for payment issue. Today my bank confirmed that payment was confirmed with merchant with transaction[protected].
Please solve my issue asap and revert my payment to the bank
