[Resolved] Travelyaari.com — Pick up issue for travel Anjani travel | |||||
We have booked ticket for my mother from Pune to Wardha with Anjani travell for the journey date 14 Aug 2016 Due to heavy trafic in we got late for the 10 mins on venue. I was driving Bike and could not make call. Also there is no call given by the management of Bus for the pick up from Yerwada. As soon as I reached to Yerwada, I cam to know bus not waited for the passenger and left. I called to number provided by Booking Company they given number of Bus. I callled him and he suggested me to come hadapsar Bypass when I requested him as much as possible. He talked with me like I will be travelling without ticket and govt bus will also not do like he behave. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The Bus was at 4 PM and do we need to reach the bus station at 2 PM. The bus driver called us on 2PM and said us to reach there how can be it possible. What kind of customer support are you providing.
