Travelyaari.com — refund against booking failure

I have tried to book one ticket from Ahmadabad to Panvel on 31st of March 2018 and the amount has also been debited from my account but didn't get the confirmed ticket. Now as I have paid the amount through UPI your customer care executive are unable to check the status. Kindly make the refund as soon as possible. My booking details are as below:

2 sheets of gujrat travls on 14 april pune to ahmedabad.. i dont have any sms from gujrat travls. For any bookiing . So pliz refund my amount 2136.rs

You have deducted money for the booking which was failure.the money is not refunded also.when I called to your helpline number they are not guiding properly.
