Travelyaari.com — refund issues

I have booked my ticket in deep travels, seat number 13, 17, 18 yesterday.
As i have booked it online and it has been cancelled yesterday itself then i need a refund.
I have been trying from past few hours still i could not approach with the refund details.
I would like a positive response from you and help me getting it back.

Please help me.
