[Resolved] Travelyaari.com — refund not processed | |
I booked 3 ticket on travel yari. Ticket no[protected]. At the boarding point there was no bus and after an hour came to know bus was cancelled. I demanded for refund and they are not doing so. Kindly help. I have called them many times. They are making excuses from past two days. This is the worst experience i have faced with any booking website. As per conversation with Punbus, they sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. They have already confirmed that service was canceled on that day. However, we are yet to receive an approval from them to process refund for the same. As it's Govt. operator, response would be delayed. So you are requested to wait until we receive an update from them. We will notify once refund is initiated from our end. We appreciate your understanding with regard to this matter.
