I have booked a ticket from ludhiana to delhi but due to some problem i cant reach at bus stand on time.
I tried to cancelled my ticket through online but it couldnt cancelled.
After that i called to customercare for cancellation so they also denied it bcz it cross the bus departure timing.
Now i was trying to cancelled it before 5 p. M which was bus departure time from bus stand but online portal was not cancelled it.
Now wherw is my fault.. I want my ticket cancellation and refund my ticket fare..

In case if you had called our support team post departure time, then ticket was under non cancel-able, so the same has been communicated to you.
