[Resolved]  Travelyaari.com — Refund on cancellation of bus trip not made

I had booked a seat for my wife in a bus of Punbus (Punjab) through travelyaari.com on[protected] for a journey from Chandigarh to Jagraon vide PNR No.[protected] and Ticket No.[protected] for Rs. 142/-. However, on reaching the bus stand, I was informed that the bus trip had been cancelled because of some political rally and the refund would be sent to my bank account automatically within a few days. When the refund was not made, I wrote emails dated 07.07.2013, 05.08.2013, 04.09.2013 & 25.11.2013. I was once informed that they had filed TDS with Punbus for full refund. After that they stopped responding to my emails. Of course, no refund was ever made. I even visited the counter of Punbus twice but to no avail.
