Sir I have booked 3 tickets for punbus from Chandigarh to Delhi at time 1.40 pm when I go for cancel it before 1 hr of departure it show the error and error. And I have the screen shot also for the same.for this error I get unable to cancel my tickets. Now please who will pay for this? I want my money back please refund it ASAP.

As per conversation with concerned technical department, they investigated this case & found the cancellation logs. All trials are within cancellation policy.he never tried to cancel ticket before 1 hour of journey time.
