Travelyaari.com mticket no:[protected], pnr:[protected], ujjain-surat, 23-may-2016, 09:30 pm, seat:16, 20, 15, 19, shrinath travel agency (Iso-9001 certified), name:vijay nainani Our bus gt cancelled and v got an option to take refund or transfer our journey date to 24 may.. V chose to transfer... Confrming our seat no. Dey allotted us same seat no. As the bus was suppose to reach by 9:30 we waited till 12 for bus to come and as soon as bus came v r told dat d seats are not booked and our money was also nt refunded.. After having fight with d staff fr next hour v chose to gt back our home.. I no more wish to travel from shrinath. Disgusted by the whole experience.. I request u to kindly refund our money asap.
