I booked a bus from Mumbai to Bangalore on 24th May 2014, @8PM from Sion circle Bangalore. I missed my bus because of incomplete information and carelessness of Travelyaari.com and the bus which didn't came to the said place and left the passenger.They made a loss of 1750 for me.
1)They wasted my time. I was wandering all over sion for buses.
2)Travelyaaari didn't provide any information of its office and information of Sharma transports details in m-Ticket
3)Location mentioned was SION circle and bus agent didn't contacted me and when i called through Travelyaari.com, they said they were waiting at some other place, which was not mentioned in m-Ticket and as well as website when i bought the ticket.
4)Still no refund has been done.
I completed my office work and came home, packed my stuff and reached Sion [protected]@ 7:45, where i usually board Sharma transports buses(traveled earlier in same Sharma transports at same time two months earlier).
I waited till 8 'o clock, i couldn't see the bus.
When i opened m-Ticket. I was shocked that i couldn't find Details of Travelyaari/Sharma transports.
Then, i called Travelyaari through a contact got from my mail.
Then bus agent called me and had long talk, wasted my time and money.
