We wait at pick up point up to 12.45am, but bus was not arrived neither received "sms or phone call" for bus cancellation, even no phone nos. Were active given on travel shatabdi board at (Ayushi apartment). You are requested, please refund my money with out any deduction in my a/c which was used for transfer money on line by net banking.
