Hi team,
I have booked below mentioned tickets from ludhiana to delh airport, now i want to cancel those.

Ticket number[protected]

I tried cancelling by giving pnr number[protected] and ticket number,[protected]its showing below error
'there is some error in cancelling ticket,

Could you please help me to cancel those1tickets and re-fund for the same.
