Travelyaari.com — ticket was booked for air conditioned bus but the operator provided non ac bus service

I had booked ac bus ticket from aurangabad to nagpur on 4/11/2019 but the bus operator provided non ac bus. I must get compensation of rs400/ for two tickets.

Bus operator :royal chintamani travels. Bus was delayed for more than three hours so i could not attend my office. Bus seats were very dirty and congested. Blankets were given after depositing inr100/ advance.
