Kyros connects, ticket no.[protected], pnr - abrs6142332, from kochi to munnar was booked through travelyaari. Boarding details was given as near naval base. There are many boarding stations near naval base. Specific location must be written which is easy to understood by every person. It was very much confusing not only for us (As we wr outsiders), but also fr the local people, from whom we were seeking help. At the same time, the contact no.[protected] given on ticket couldnot communicate in english and hindi language. It was a troublesome experience to catch the bus.
