[Resolved] Travelyaari.com — worst service and rude behaviour | |||
I was supposed be picked up by your travel agency from ctm at 6:30. I reached there at 6:30 itself, but as the address was insufficient i had to walk around 1km. I also called the number mentioned in your message. The operator called me to check my status and he was pretending like doing a great favour so i asked him to go. He called me again and informed me that they are leaving, though i told him that it'll take 2 minutes to catch them. I had to contact customer support and they handled it by doing a conference call. The bus was held at the same point for more than 15 minutes after my arrival. If this is the case then why the hell he was talking rudely? Even the bus is at its worst condition. There is no compartment for upper seats. Anyone can easily steal wallet, because of open visible structure. I've been traveling using your site since last 3 years and never complained about anything. I am not gonna travel with you guys again. I simply wasted my money. You ruined my travelling experience and my evening as well. Was this information helpful? | |||
