The conductor told the fare of bus seat is only 400 ₹

I made a bus booking from delhi to chandigarg of 24/01/2018. But i cancelled my ticket few 5-6 hours before the departure time. Its been more than 2 weeks i have not received my refund of rs 589. I have called at the customer care of travel yaari.com 3-4 times but they are not helping me..
