Dear sir/mam, I booked my ticket from travelyaari.com For todays journey i. E. 22.10.2017 from chopda to vadodara in patliputra travels. But when i reach to pickup point, i came to know that there is no bus today. Travelyaari does not inform me in advance about cancellation of bus. Due which i unable to reach at my destination & not able to joined my service, hence i claim travelyaari.com to refund me my one day income loss. Around rs. 2500 at my account at earliest. I only received ticket amount in refund, As per my complaint I demanded amount of Rs. 2500 as income loss due poor service of travelyaari.com. If travelyaari.com was informed in well in advance about cancellation of but, I will not lost my income.
Hence credit Rs. 2500 in my account at earliest.
