Travlook — Refund of ticket

I have booked ticket on 05/02/2022 from srinagar to banglore after doing payment company ask for extra 3800 rs after 5 min company person call and tell your ticket is canclled under refrence no. REF[protected] . refund will be put in 2 to 3 days in your account but 83 days have been passed and still i don't get any refund whenever i am calling them they are telling always same thing
