This is totly fraud company I booked ticket on date 17/3/21 from surat to bangalore...amt was debited...immediately mail or message com..that boking was canceled and amt refunded u...but still I cal 4 to 5 times call centre no...they are replying same answer...refund prosese will take time...after that I search website reviews at Google...I realized I m not only single person...this company has so many complains about refund matter... plz banned this website...
