Myself Anupam Dutta booked tickets from Travolook for me from Kolkata to Mumbai on 15th July 2022 after booking the tickets after sometime i received a call from the travolook saying that for some operational reason your booking got cancelled and you will received your money within 15 days. now it is been one month but still not received my money back. Kindly help me out to get my refund. But after so many phone call and email for follow up not yet received refund. The last email received from travolook on 4th March. The last email received from Travolook paste as bellow:-

As I said in the previous email bank undertaking form filled and sent it to you.
Kindly check and refund the amount as soon as possible. Enclose the undertaking form in the attachment please find.

Sir, I am booking ticket dated 15 Dec 2021, ticket booking REF[protected] and REF[protected] my ticket cancelled by airline but ticket amount not refund in my account. many time call to customer care and details are send to email [protected]@travolook.in but refund not credit in my account till date

I have done ticket with reference no REF[protected] on 11 june 2022 .
yet now not got refund...

Air ticket booked from Travolook website dated 20 Sep 2022 with reference number REF[protected] amounting ₹10858.00. Travel from Delhi to Nagpur. But after making payment, instead of booking confirm, received ticket cancellation mail (attached). Call their helpline number[protected] many times but no refund provided. Now this helpline number also not available.

Please help to refund my hard-earned money.

I have book fight ticket from the "travolook.in" website on 22May 2022, total amount was RS 9334.00 the ticket was cancelled by the travel agency due to some technical error at there end, and I was told that refund will come in 7 working days, but now its almost One year I am following them on emails and phone calls they just make false commitment s, till date I did not receive any Refund, Also the travolook support team has taken my Bankpassbook details cancelled cheque and passport side photo, saying that after taking all details we will refund, but till no refund My bank acct transaction ref number is below INB/[protected]/WING IN TRAVEL ADVISORY PVT LTD-----Rs9332.00

I Booked a ticket from travolook website after 30 min of completing my payment I got mail that my ticket is cancelled . When I tried to call they said it is a technical issue and refund will initiate on same account but till a 2 3 months I continue call and fight for my refund then they said they can only give my refund on travolook wallet. I thought it will better then not getting anything for future use. After a month the amount from my wallet disappear and showing 0 balance when I tried to connect the customer care they just distraction and giving fake hope . But still my refund is not received

Booked ticket from TRV to DEL with Booking ref no: REF[protected]. As soon as the payment was made the ticket was cancelled by them and they said they are initiating the refund and the same will be credited to the source acount in a few days. I have contacted them multiple times on the customer care number and by email. They kept delaying with various excuses. They then asked for copies of ID Proof and account details which were also sent. It has been about 2 years now. No refund yet. Same excuses everytime that their team is working on it. Now the website and email also has disappeared and mails are being returned.

I have book 3 Air Ticket from 3 different id's on dated 22-Mar 2022 of Rs 1800/- each, all 3 transactions failed total amount is Rs 5400/-, but amount not refund by company, 1.7years pass but still amount not refunded,
i am regularly follow up via mail, but they are not responding,

This is regarding the refund for my canceled flight with reference number REF[protected], which was scheduled for the 2nd of August 2023.

It has now been more than two months since I initially requested a refund for this flight. I was informed that the refund would be processed and I should expect to receive it by October 5th, 2023. However, to my extreme disappointment, I have not received any updates, communication, or the funds that are rightfully mine.This extended delay in processing my refund has caused me significant financial inconvenience and stress. I had booked this flight with the expectation of receiving a refund as per the terms and conditions, but the lack of response and delay in resolution is unacceptable.

I had booked flight from travolook payment got deducted but booking canceled and they haven’t refunded yet, they said it will be in travolook wallet but there is no wallet in website and doesn’t let me login

Since july 6th 2023 i am contacting customer care to initiate my payment, Always whenever i call those people they say to wait for 15-20 business days. its been almost 2 months till i have not received any update from them, very bad response from customer support.
So with constant follow ups & emails i am not able able to get my refund amount from past 1.5 months.
Legal action would be taken if refund is not released immediately.

I’m Shivangi. It’s been over a year Travolook is not refunding even I’m saying book another ticket on that behalf they are not processing with that also. Just giving me excuses since year even the customer care is not resolving they are simply cut the call after hearing the complaints. No resolution from Travolook. I don’t know what to do in this case.

I tried to book a flight ticket from Travolook (Delhi to Indore) with booking Reference no. REF[protected] on 14-Spet-2022 and amount of Rs.4120.00 has been deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 working days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below., I have also shared my account details with [protected]@travolook.in

I have done the flight booking through travolook from goa to hyderabad, amount dedcted but ticket not confirmed, and regarding it i raised a. Coplaint to customer support they said tthet refund will be issued within 7-10 working days, but still now not received its all most 2 yeras, while contacting customer support they are say to contact over the mail, while contacting through mail they are simply forwarding the message to wait some time and responding properly

They are holding my hard earned money for more than 14months, and also making me to spend more time by calling customercare and sending emails.

Please take necessary action.

Mumbai to Bengaluru ticket was cancelled by Airlines on 8-7-2021 confirmation no. REF[protected], PNR R8LZ6J. Refund from Travolook is not received till date inspite of several phone calls, emails, etc. even after 22 months.

I book my ticket on dated 14/06/2022 and 5 minutes later ticket cancel for company side. They said me your amount refund 10 to 15 days. Today 1/5/2023. Not refund my money please help me
