Travolook — Air Ticket Fraud

I booked airticket from https://www.travolook.in/; on July 22nd 2022 for Kolkata-Pune; one way flight scheduled for Jul 27th 2022. Booking reference REF[protected]/details attached

After the payment was made for Rs 5930, they cancelled the ticket citing operational reason. It has been 1.5 months now, I am following to get the refund of Rs 5930 - however they are not refunding the amount despite several promises to refund
