Travolook — Air ticket refund

I had booked Flight ticket on 24th April 2022 for the travel on 24th May 2022 from Bangalore to Varanasi (Lal Bahadur Shastri) Airport from "Travolook" site "travolook.in" with Ref no: REF[protected]. Ticket amount Rs. 7619/-
Ticket was cancelled by Travolook on the booking day 24th April 2022 and I got a call with an update that amount will be refunded in 2 to 3 days to the account.
When called to customer support at[protected], they say refund is completed wait for few more days it will get reflected at your account.
But till now I have not recieved by refund, still Travolook support says to wait.. Request to look into this and support to get my amount refunded.
