Travolook — Airline ticket booking refund

I booked flight ticket from this company on 17th july 2022 from bangalore to patna and ticket was cancelled but money was deducted.
i was suppose to get refund but after calling 2 times till date did not get the refund.
Last time i called them before 15 days but till now they did not refund my money.
when i called again today they are asking for one more week time refund the money.
they are definetely fraud company.
Need to take strict action aganaist them.
