Travolook — Almost one month cancellation refund not initiated.

I booked 2 air tickets on 30june and it got canceled automatically. Its 29 days have past still i didn’t receive the refund money. Every time i connect customer care they only extend their deadline times without giving prior to info. Please help me i dont know whom to trust now. Its a big amount of rs-13k . They are keep on on giving fake hope every day.
