Travolook — Amount deducted from my bank tickets not booked nor refunded amount

I booked tickets for 04 th of June, amount was debited from my account but booking was not made stating technical issue and was forced to book tickets by paying another amount. I was assured that i will get my refund within 24 hours. but from last 4 month i am chasing i not got my refund.
