They don’t refund the amount only which they take, My flight was booked after that I got the msg that it’s cancelled. I called customer care for more information they told 10-15 days max it will get refunded to the account.
I did 6 booking out of for 3 ticket this happened.
After the completion of the date I called again then customer care told me that it’s 15-20 days, I told I was Informed for 10-15 days but they denied. Then I called again after that then they started telling we don’t know why it didn’t happen let me take 7-10 working days to check why it is happening & not even a single refund has been initiated from their Side
