I have booked air Asia flight ticket from Vizag to Bangalore on March 6th 2022. The amount got deducted from my credit card but PNR no not get generated and the ticket was cancelled by TraveLook booking team and they said refund has initiated, when i ask customer care i didn't receive any mail from your end as a proof that refund is initiated from your end nor i didn't receive any SMS from bank end till now 4 days over.
When i customer care complaint/ticket/reference no they are saying they don't have concept of ticket/complaint no they are saying just they will forward that concern to booking/finance team. I asked bank did they get any refund initiate request from Travelook they are saying not received then HDFC suggested me to ask reference no from travelook. I spoked with travelook again to get the reference no they are saying they are not having. and they are disconnecting the calls simply. They don't have Team Leads/Supervisor. I feel this is a fake web site. Please get my refund bank.

I have waited for 20 days still issue is not resolved even after raising complaint in your website. So i have sent legal notice by hiring lawyer. Now refund received. Closing ticket.
