Travolook — Amounted not refunded since Four months

I have booked Flight ticket in Trvolook in the month of May from Banglore to Visakhapatnam with Reference Numbar :REF[protected]

Bengaluru to Visakhapatnam – 6E 969
14 May, 16:45–18:15

I got a call and mail saying that "Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration"

Since then i have been calling them and sent mails. Every time customer support person will say that amount will be refunded with in 3 to 4 days.

Till now they have not refunded my amount
