Travolook — Booking cancelled refund not initiated

I had booked an airline ticket today through travolook. Immediately I received a call from customer care saying that due to operational issues the ticket has got cancelled and the amount will be refunded with in 10-15 days. But up on asking few more questions the caller hang up. I got suspicious and so googled, I was shocked to see so many complaints in the consumer forum. Hence submitting complaint here. Pls, resolve the issue.
