Travolook — Cancel refund amount not credited

I booked ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 15 July through debit card rs 4013/ traveling date 17 July. But the ticket cancellation done by travolook with in 10 seconds has mail came from travel look. But 45 days gone refund amount not credited in my account. Ref[protected]. Please help me to get me refund amount back. With regards
