I have booked a ticket from Travolook on 30th May from Tirupathi to Bangalore. The ticket was cancelled due to a price hike, I have received a call and email from the customer care of Travolook saying that the ticket has been cancelled and said the refund has been initiated and it would be credited in 7 working days. But even after 45 days, I haven't received the refund yet. I tried to reach customer care but I receive the same message saying the refund has been initiated and it would take 15 days. I don't think they are taking any initiative in resolving the concern. Was this information helpful? |
