Travolook — Did not received the refund of money

I booked a ticket on travolook with referrence number ref[protected] and made payment of 6066 INR. The confirmation was in progress for 30mins they ask to wait according to their policy. But than after that i recieve a call regarding price increased in fare which was not visible on any other travel site. They asked me to make more payment of 2600 INR. I denied and also received a mail from them stating that the ticket has been cancelled. The company should refund the fare price immediately as they cancelled from there side but one of there customer service executive was saying the amount will be refunded within 10-15 day and other was saying from the same company that the payment will be refunded within 20-25 days. I want money back.
