Travolook — Fail to return my refund

Ref no.[protected] I booked ticket on 3rd Jan from Hyderabad to Bangalore but within 5 min I got mail saying due to fare increase I got my ticket cancelled
It has been 64 days till date I dint got any refund back nor I'm able to contact that people
Such an bad experience faced by me till now
