I have booked a flight from my end on 26th dec 2021, and within 2 to 3 minutes of the payment, my booking was on hold, and after 4 minutes i got a call from travolook executive that my booking was being cancelled and seat could not be allotted, and the refund will be credited back to the account within next 8 to 10 working days, but as i am writing this today i have not received any refund from the company and they just pass me on to the next working day as when i can expect the refund of the amount.
I don't know why no strict action has been taken against them after numerous complaints of customers and the company is still doing it's fraud openly and looting the customers by offering luring discounts on website. I have never confronted such situation where a fraudster is looting openly and our consumer forum isn't taking any actions for the same. Was this information helpful? |
