Travolook — Flight ticket amount not refunded

I booked flight ticket from Surat to Kolkata on 12 July, 2021, Ref. no REF[protected] and I pay 4, 924/- Rs., after payment done that travolook service agent call and tell to me by phone call your booking is cancel due to some technical issue, Your amount should be all refundable 10 to 15 days but they are still not refund my money, it's been 20 days but still not received any money.

I booked flight ticket from Madurai to Chennai/ Chennai to Madurai on 15 July, 2021, Ref. no REF[protected] and I pay 5, 861.00/- Rs., after payment done that travolook service agent call and tell to me by phone call your booking is cancel due to some technical issue, Your amount should be all refundable 10 to 15 days but they are still not refund my money, it's been 30 days but still not received any money. Travolook is fake site. Its site that should be avoided by all and that site to report to the police.
