Travolook — Flight Ticket Refund not received - Travolook

I had two bookings cancelled by Travolook on 28th April 2021.
I was assured by the customer care team over phone that I would be refunded the amount in 4-5 working days.
It has been more than 1 month since the bookings were cancelled and I'm yet to receive refund.
They always say that it will be refunded in a week.
