Travolook — Flight Ticket Refund- REF[protected] | |||
I had booked a domestic flight ticket from Bhubaneshwar to Bangalore on 17th April (Flight#-6E 6536), however ticket was not confirmed rather got cancelled and i got an email from stating "This is to inform you that your reservation was cancelled due to an operational reason . Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)." I waited as per the given timelines above but I have not received the refund of RS 4948.00 so far. I made multiple calls to the 'Travolook', every time I was given excuses and my calls were on hold then no response. I am not getting any assurance or genuine promise when i spoke. All of them are just trying to escape but no confirmation or refund related issue was discussed with me. I have attached the cancellation confirmation and their response for the reference. Kindly look into this and help in refunding my money. Earlier i was 10-15 days of time and then 5 days but nothing is credited in my account. Your immediate attention would be really appreciated.
