Travolook — Flights not booked, money deducted. Need urgent refund, no money left in account

I booked an urgent next day flight through them and they called me saying that the flight booking didn't get confirmed and they still deducted money from my account.
now they're saying refund will take 7-8 days but I have no money left in my account to book another flight. this is like fraud. cheating customers and taking money from them
why did you take money from me if you couldn't book the flights?
this is really bad, i am in a big problem. at least do immediate refund.
i need help with this company and my money urgently
