As per flight booking policy they mentioned it takes 30 minutes for confirmation after booking a particular flight. It took 1 and half hour them to revert with confirmation which till then there's no call or email stating about delay of which I've to catch it in 3 hours. They're just saying that flight has been confirmed. When I spoke with costumer care executive she was rudely ending the calls and apologizing for not providing refund. Was this information helpful? |
