Dear Team,

I have booked 01 tickets on travolook website dated 16 April 2022,

Then immediately received email from travolook, regarding ticket has been cancelled, and they said you will get refund within 10 Working days.

Still date not received refund amount, I’m taking continuous follow-up but they giving very false answer to me, they said refund already initiated from our side.

At the end amount not credit to my account.

Today I have received refund amount in my account. I will share my process/activity for refund amount from Travolook. - Follow-up via email, then I have given reminder to company. - I discussed with Travolook executive on phone regarding refund & i asked to executive, why is it pending from long time? - Then I sent transaction details & account statement to Travolook. - I sent reminder over reminder to Travolook, I sent daily 02 Reminders via email. - Then I put request in Indian Consumer Complaint portal, with proper information. - Then I got email from Consumer Complaint portal regarding Your complaint has been forwarded to Travolook customer service. - Within 02 days I got refund from Travolook. - In whole refund process Travolook almost taken total 25 to 30 days. - Refund received on dated 12-05-2022 Morning Do - Thankfully, Take every step politely. - don’t use wrong words - Keep patience - Send reminder time to time. - provide true & correct information on email.
