Travolook — Fraudulently Alluring Grabbing Money from Customers | |||||
While trying to book tickets for my son on 9th January 2021 the Travook co. website appeared in browser. Rs4761.were deducted from my credit card against booking REF[protected] without confirmation. Message received read to wait for half an hour or call back. After half an hour or so the caller from company demanded additional Rs1900 for confirmation. Smelt mischief and something fishy, refused to deposit additional amount and requested for refund. Inspite of repeated emails to [protected]@travollok.in and phone calls to customer Care no. they have failed to refund the money fraudulently taken till date:30th March 2021.Such a Company be blacklisted and charged with Fraud, Cybercrime.
