I tried to book a flight ticket from Hyderabad to Vijayawada on 25th of July 2021, by the time of booking payment of Rs.3, 343/- was sucessfully made and then they sent a mail saying your ticket booking is in progress. After that one of their executive called me and said due to fair change/fair expiration you ticket was not booked and cancelled and we are initiating for refund and it will take upto 7-15 working days. From that day i.e. 25th of July i tried calling their costumer care number and whenever i call them every executive is saying same thing that your refund is in process and it will take upto 15 to 20 days and its been 50 days since my money of Rs.3, 343/- deducted from my account and not returned till now, Plese help me to get my refund back.
