I bought one air ticket to fly from BLA to CCU. I requested on customer care number to cancel the ticket. They cancelled it and promised to refund in 7 days. After that several conversation happened. I have book a flight on the website www.travolook.in. My flight was cancelled on 9th july due to operational reason as stated. The reference no is REF[protected]. Coustomer service told me to wait 10-15 days for refund. After that i have contacted the coustomer care for more than 15 time and each time their excuse was same, problem in marcent side. Please resolve this issue

Travolook.in is a fake/fraud website. They book your ticket and will send you the message that the booking has been cancelled. And are you still looking for this website to refund your money. No ! Never!

I booked a flight 1 month back from Del-Guwahati . The booking amount was 22306 Rs. The amount was deducted but the PNR was not able to get generated. Hence, the booking got cancelled.

I haven't received my refund till yet.

The boof reference id is REF[protected].

Please help in getting the refund amount. There email support is also not working.

I tried booking a flight ticket on 30th June 2022 from Travolook (https://www.travolook.in/) but it canceled the ticket saying "Fare Expiration" as a reason. It has been more then 20 days but it has not refunded my amount and has not replied to my emails. I tried calling customer care multiple times but every time they give the same excuse that there is the issue from the merchant side and you will get your amount refund in 5-7 working days.

I had, on 3rd June 2022, purchased a flight ticket from travolook after being directed to their site from a Google Ad. Subsequently, I was informed via mail that the ticket was in processing, and that I must wait for 30 minutes. After that too elapsed, a mail notified me that my reservation was "cancelled due to an operational reason" and that a refund will be provided post "10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)..". cancelled ticket Ref No REF[protected]

Later, I found on searching online that thousands of others have been duped by this service, which extracts money in this fashion and refuses or attempts to delay refunding the amount using classical delaying tactics. They harass consumers and siphon a large percentage of the total money off in this way. The trick is to use fake profiles to highlight quick refunds (when that is not the case), alongside making people accept inordinate delays after having set up a customer care system which placates customers with the same empty promises.

So please take an action against such fraudulent company for cheating customers and get my refund done.

I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 1st Jun 2022 for travel on 4th Jun 2022. An amount of Rs5642/- has been credited from my ICICI bank account, but the ticket has neither confirmed nor amount refunded to my amount as on date. When I aproached their customer care they replied it will be refunded in 10-15 Working says, on 5th June, I sent 3 reminders after 20th June, they stopped replying to mails. Its a cheating travel agency

I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 13th April bearing booking reference REF[protected], the ticket was not booked but money got deducted from the bank.

Still, the refund was not initiated by the travolook.in, It's been already more than 2 months, there is no response on email and unable to reach their customer service as its always busy.

It made me wait for 40 mins on call and to get connected with customer service, finally when it was connected the call got dropped and disconnected.

Please help me to get the refund from the said website.

I have booked flight ticket on Travolook web portal i.e. AirAsia flight Mumbai
to Guwahati for 20 June 2022. I got confirmation from Travolook side with
PNR. But when I am checking given PNR on AirAsia website, it shows "No
Records". I tried to contact Travolook executives regarding the above issue,
but there was no favourable response. Also sent several mails in above
regards, but there were no revert . When I contacted AirAsia, They said that
the journey of the PNR (Y5FL4D) was already over on 16 June 2022. Now,
I got to know about the issue at the eleventh hour that Travolook issued me
a fake PNR. Because of this fraud, I had to book another flight with hefty

I have booked my flight from Delhi to Chennai through Travolook travel date was 18may2022 and I have booked the ticket on 15may2022 the total price was 7754 INR which I have paid. On the same day of booking I have received a mail from Travolook that my ticket which I have booked was cancelled with travolook.in due to fare expiration and they said that they will send the full refund amount back within 7 to 10 working days, so after 10 working days the refund amount didn't reflect in my bank account so call to customer support they said that due to some technical issues the payment was cancelled it will reflect within two days, then after two days the refund amount didn't reflect in my account, so again I call to the customer support now they are saying again it reflect within two day but till about to one month I didn't receive my refund. Due to this refund issue I can't move forward my any other regular works.No response for any mail or calls I have ever seen such a worst behavior from any company.

Booked tickets for MAA to VTZ on May month and paid through credit card. Few minutes later they sent ticket cannot be booked due to operational reason and mentioned to refund within 15 working days.
However it is more than a month and there is no refund still. They have not replied to my emails as well.
This is a clear way of cheating people and scamming many people in a big way.

I booked my flight ticket from Travolook.in from Nagpur to Mumbai on dated 19th May 2022, but the booking was cancelled by the Travolook (Booking ref. REF[protected] reason was emailed by them is ticket was cancelled due to "Fare Expiration". I sent the email to them on 23rd may 2022 for the refund of my money, but they revert me on 24th May 2022 and said that the "refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will be reflected back to the same bank account within 10-15 working days "So I waited for 15 days, but still my refund not initiated, Again i sending reminder email to them for the refund but now they are ignoring my email and no revert still i got. Request you take the action against them for such behavior and please refund my money as early.

Booked flight tickets on Travolook.in website and paid RS 37, 286 via GPay UPI transaction ID[protected]. Later I received cancelation email informing
that my tickets are cancelled due to no PNR generate. Now they are asking for more money if I used to proceed ahead which I declined. I then checked the
website review and to my utter shock there are hundreds of other people who has been cheated in the similar manner and have been waiting for their refunds for

I called my bank (HDFC) and logged transaction dispute and got reference number MUMP[protected] and have asked to log FIR which we did then received a call from Dishant who worked in travolook and asked us to share your bank details like account number IFSC code for initiating a refund but after sharing the details there was no communication. This travolook is a big scam don't know how many guys like me being chested by this firm but please if there is anyone in the department who can help me please do something

I book my flight today and the amount got deducted. Few minutes after i received the email in which they mentioned that my ticket got cancelled and i will be getting refund. But after some research on internet i get to know that many customers are facing same issue and they are not getting refund. I have to go back my home and book tickets and for that i need money. I tried booking tickets on dec 2021 and it got cancell and not refunded. Despite calling to Customer care multiple time tgey said theya re getting errors in transferring to source account sso they wanted to transfer it in my account wallet. Hi . I booked my tickets on dated 16 jan 2022 from travolook.in from Delhi to Guwahati where after 10 mins i got an email that flight tickets are cancelled due to fare expiration reasons by the company. They told me that your refund is processed and you will receive it by 5-6 days. I waited and called them. First for call itself i have to wait 30-40mins and then same ans everytime that they are making refund in next 2-3 days. Everyday i mailed them but same reply your refund is initiated and you will get your refund by next 2-3 days. Government should take strict action towards them as thousands are duped by them. Please dont ever book your tickets with travolook.in . Worst experience ever.

I had done a flight booking almost 2 months back from Travolook.in but I got a message that my flight booking got canceled and I will get the refund in 7 days. After that I have called them multiple and dropped email but still nothing. They are doing fraud with multiple people. Catch them and get them arrested.

I try to book a tikcet and paid it but ticket not confirm on 09 match it is now 16 april, thses people are still not refunding me and telling to wait 5-7 days and not allowing to use wallet fund that they put in wallet my earlier refund

Refund pending since more than 45 days. Company just keep delaying saying there is some technical error.

I tried to book a flight ticket from Pune to Lucknow on 1st of March 2022, by the time of booking payment of Rs.4213/- was successfully made and then they sent a mail saying your ticket booking is in progress. After that one of their executive called me and said due to fair change/fair expiration you ticket was not booked and cancelled and we are initiating for refund and it will take up to 7-15 working days. From that day i.e. 1st of March 2022 I have been calling their costumer care number and whenever I call them every executive is saying same thing that your refund is in process and it will take up to 3 to 4 days and its been 23 days since my money of Rs.4213/- deducted from my account and not returned till now, Please help me to get my refund back.

I booked the ticket on 4th Jan, 2022(Mumbai-Delhi) with travolook.in and payed the amount inr 5458.00(REF[protected]

Soon, I got the mail that, the ticket is cancelled and amount will be refunded.
But even after 1.5 month, it has not been done.

I tried to contact the customer service, but i am getting same statement every time that it has been processed and it will be done by next Friday.

Now they have blocked by Mobile no also.

I had booked a ticket on Jan 21 and the ticket got canceled. After making 20-25 calls, now they have refunded the money to my wallet which I never wanted. They never listen and talk very inappropriately.

I have booked a ticket from travolook website from Jodhpur to Hyderabad on 25th February 2022 and again on 26th February 2022 for 02 passanger but both got cancelled due to technical glitches or operational error as mentioned by your executive who called be immediately with 10 minutes of booking the ticket.

Within 30 minutes I received a mail from their end that my ticket had been cancelled and refund of full amount 8342 have been initiated to my source account in both instance i.e on 25th February and 26th February 2022, the reference number for the same is REF[protected] and REF[protected] and it will be credited within 7 working days but it has been more than 18 days yet I haven't received any refund to my account. A total of 16, 684 amount is pending at their end. And whenever I talk to their executive they only fooling me and giving excuses of technical issues for not getting my amount credited to my account and only giving another time period for the same to get credited.
