I have booked a ticket from travolook website from Jodhpur to Hyderabad on 25th February 2022 and again on 26th February 2022 for 02 passanger but both got cancelled due to technical glitches or operational error as mentioned by your executive who called be immediately with 10 minutes of booking the ticket.
Within 30 minutes I received a mail from their end that my ticket had been cancelled and refund of full amount 8342 have been initiated to my source account in both instance i.e on 25th February and 26th February 2022, the reference number for the same is REF[protected] and REF[protected] and it will be credited within 7 working days but it has been more than 18 days yet I haven't received any refund to my account. A total of 16, 684 amount is pending at their end. And whenever I talk to their executive they only fooling me and giving excuses of technical issues for not getting my amount credited to my account and only giving another time period for the same to get credited.
I'm fade up with their replies, so I emailed to [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@travelook.in,
[protected]@travolook.in,
aviral.[protected]@gmail.com regarding my issue asked them to look into the matter and kindly refund my money back or I have to take legal action against them as I have all the call records of the conversation I had with their executive and this is my last warning to them just to threaten them if, my money didn't got credited back to my account within this week. But then also they only respond a computerized generated reply and there is no sign of getting my money back.
Kindly help me in getting my money back .
