Travolook — MOney Deducted and No Refund | |||
Hi, I booked an international flight ticket on travolook on 12th Nov however I got an email that ticket was cancelled and I will get refund in 5-7 days. Its been 25 days now and there is no refund given. Travolook customer care is keep on saying that refund is issued however my bank has also confirmed that no refund is given by travolook. I haved searched online and also found that this company is doing fraud with many other people and not refunding money. Complaint in online consumer complaint u will get response from travolook and amount will add in wallet after u will use it next time booking will confirm mine 2 times 25000 strucked now it's cleared nearly 4 months suffered
