Travolook — Money is not given After A Month for cancelled tickets

Booked 2 Tickets on 13th June 2022 (REF[protected] & 14th June 2022 (REF[protected]from Travolook (https://www.travolook.in/), but the tickets were cancelled saying "Fare Expiration" as a reason. It has been more than a month, I have called many times, every time they said you will get your amount refund in 5-7 working days. Till now my money hasn't been refunded. I have also sent multiple emails to them but i have not received a single reply from them. I have attached my booking details for reference, kindly refund my money for my 2 cancelled tickets as soon as possible .

Hi Team,

TIll now no update from travolook. they have not refunded my moeny so far and also they have not uodated with curent sttaus of my complaint.
Kind requets to look into this and refund my money as soon as possible.

Or else i will have to file a case in consumer count against travolook.
